Shipping policy

We reserve the right to verify purchase before shipping to decrease instances of fraud.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs on any returns with the exception of defective merchandise.

 All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days via USPS with tracking provided. 

 Natasha’s Touch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped. 

We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) . We also ship to P.O boxes, military addresses (APO).
